Project: Optum Rx member resource pages

Objective: To streamline 60+ pages into a six-page member resource section that helps members better navigate their portal.

Result: A clear, consistent user experience that encourages members to make the most of their health care portal.

• Collaborated with the product owners, designers and developers to address business and user goals.

• Wrote clear, user-friendly copy that simplified the member experience.
