Project: Landing page

Research findings: Most respondents didn’t know whether their prescription needed to be filled by a specialty pharmacy.

Objective: To increase NPS score by educating consumers about specialty pharmacies.

Result: Added a plain-language explanation to help consumers determine if they were in the right place or not. The changes led to an increase in registration and an improved NPS score.

My role

  • Collaborated with the product owners, designers and developers to research, create and optimize landing page.

  • Wrote clear, user-friendly copy that simplified the user experience and minimized confusion about specialty medications.

  • Ensured adherence to brand and style guidelines as well as accessibility requirements.
