Project: Landing page
Research findings: Most respondents didn’t know whether their prescription needed to be filled by a specialty pharmacy.
Objective: To increase NPS score by educating consumers about specialty pharmacies.
Result: Added a plain-language explanation to help consumers determine if they were in the right place or not. The changes led to an increase in registration and an improved NPS score.
My role
Collaborated with the product owners, designers and developers to research, create and optimize landing page.
Wrote clear, user-friendly copy that simplified the user experience and minimized confusion about specialty medications.
Ensured adherence to brand and style guidelines as well as accessibility requirements.
